Consigli Building Inc was incorporated in Minnesota in 2026 and works from 9812 106th Pl N, Maple Grove, MN 55369. We build commercial projects only: tenant improvements, renovations, additions and new buildings.
Our clients are building owners, property managers, developers and the architects who bring us in during design. Most projects run between 5,000 and 60,000 square feet, where a dedicated project manager and tight cost control matter most.

Subcontractor bids, our fee and general conditions are shown as separate lines. On cost-plus and GMP work you can audit invoices against the schedule of values.

A weekly cost report
Every Friday: budget, committed cost, pending change orders and remaining contingency. No surprises at the monthly pay application.

Two business days to reply
Inquiries sent to our email receive a written reply within two business days, with a site walk scheduled when the project needs one.

A complete closeout binder
As-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, final lien waivers and inspection sign-offs, delivered digitally before final payment.
Quality and compliance, written down
These are the practices in our standard contract exhibits. They apply whether the job is a $90,000 suite refresh or a ground-up building.
- Work built to the 2020 Minnesota State Building Code and the 2024 Minnesota Commercial Energy Code, with permits pulled through the local building official.
- Registered with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry as required for commercial contractors, and subcontractors checked for current registration or license before award.
- Pre-lien notice delivered within 45 days of first furnishing labor or materials, as required by Minn. Stat. § 514.011.
- Monthly pay applications on AIA G702/G703, with conditional and unconditional lien waivers from every tier.
- Site-specific safety plan, daily reports and toolbox talks on every active job.
- One-year workmanship warranty from substantial completion, with a warranty walk in month 11.
